Trade Help: Brees for McCoy in 2QB League WHIR

I get: LeSean McCoy and Jay Cutler
I give: Drew Brees and Ben Jarvus

This is a 10 team 2 QB league with 2 flex positions. QBs are at a premium. I can start Cam Newton from my bench if I trade Brees. Owner might be willing to accept Cam as well instead of Brees. Other owner very desperate for QB since there's almost none available on waivers.. RB is a weak spot in my lineup. Is this a good trade for me? Should I make this trade? Any thoughts?

I think I like that trade for you, might as well try countering with Newton instead of Brees and sees if he goes for it

Based on your weak RB situation, you should take it. I'd give him Newton instead of Brees though. Newton is doing slightly better than Brees atm but I think by the time the middle/end of the season comes along experience will really be needed and Brees will more than likely be a better producer. I think McCoy's too good to pass up.

I agree, see if he'll take Cam. Its a bit of a gamble since Cam could end up a better fantasy player then Brees, but you know what Brees can do, and running QB's have a tendency to get hurt. Brees is in a better offense and is proven, plus a Brees/Brady combo should win your league as long as you start a few competent players at the other positions, adding McCoy will just add to a great foundation.

Brady adn then Cutler/Newton for QB-2 both are just that....I'd take the deal as offered. he's not trading a #1 RB for a rookie QB. Sorry that ain't happening. You don't want to piss the other guy off. I know it would be GREAT a STEAL for you if you could flip Newton for him but I just don't see that happening either with him or with the league. Take the deal as offered!
