Trade: Gates & Jacobs for Witten

I'm stacked at the RB position and was approached about the above trade. I would be giving up Gates and Jacobs (who I picked up off waiver recently) and get Witten in return. Would I be insane to take the deal? I'm worried that Gates will catch fire once (if) he gets healthy..
