Get rid of James Starks?

I need at least a 1 week replacement at WR. So I'm looking to maybe trade Starks for a buy-low WR like Santonio Holmes. My question is, is it a good idea to be looking to dump Starks? How much upside does he still have with Ryan Grant coming back?
