I'm playing at non ppr league and need some help at deciding the line up

WR- Steve Jonson, vPhi
TE- Jimmy Graham @Car
D- Bengals @Jac
K- Jason Hanson vChi

Bench---
QB- Matthew Stafford, vChi
RB- Darren Sproles @Car
RB- LeGarrette Blount @SF
WR- Nate Washington @Pit
WR- Denarious Moore @Hou


My main concern is if I should start Vick against Buffalo Bills or to Start Matthew Stafford against Chicago Bears who gave Cam Newton a great points last week...
