This one is interesting...Garcon looks good based on Matchup and his "relationship" with Painter haha, but in reality so does Ingram based on a matchup with hurting Carolina LBs. I would roll with Garcon.

help with mine please http://www.fantasyfootballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=502062

After last week, I'd have to go with Ridley on this one. Not sure about the scoring though, but I'd go with Ridley.

Id go with Ingram. Ridley scares me only because its NE and The Lawfirm and Woodhead are still above him.

Ingram
Garcon

Normally I would say go with Nelson because of his red zone targets, but based on your scoring system TDs don't mean much and yardage does. Apparently, the key here is to get over 100 yds. and maybe a TD. That said, I would lean toward Garcon. If he scores, it is on a big pass play. For Painter to have a big pass play, Indy must be playing a weaker defense. KC fits that bill nicely.

If you can't get over the Painter thing, go with Ingram. I don't think he'll get 100, but you never know!

Thanks for help with mine.

This is tough since this is the same situation I'm in, but enough people told me to roll with Ridley so I can only suggest the same

I think this is correct, the scoring format dictates that you look for big play guys. Ingram could have a good game, but he hasnt come close to 75 yards yet, so even if he gets in the endzone its 4 points.. PT is out since he's utilized even less then Ingram. Ridley could be interesting, the Jets are giving up some decent points to RB's this year, but the patriots are too hard to predict, maybe Brady chucks it 50+times this week? Ridley does have big play potential though, so I think he's a solid option. Nelson could have a big game, Stevie will likely draw Nnamdi, and Nelson should get back to his old self with quite a few targets. If they get close he's a big redzone target, but TD's count for very little, and I'm not sure the yardage will be there. I think Garcon is tailor made for this format, he's either going to get you 2 points or he'll get you 12. He's the most likely to go for big yardage as he's the definition of a homerun hitter. He seems to have a good rapport with Painter, and KC's D is banged up especially with Berry out, making big plays more likely.

Help with mine?

BUMP

Looking more and more like I should roll with Ridley?

Jets have surrendered 170 yds to Raiders and 120 yds to Ravens last two weeks?

Thoughts,

My list in order:

WR - P.Garcon (IND) vsKC
WR - D.Nelson (BUF) vsPHI
RB - M.Ingram (NO) @CAR
RB - S.Ridley (NE) vsNYJ
RB - P.Thomas (NO) @CAR

Garcon faces KC and seems to have good rapport with Painter who is starting this week again. Nelson is the second targeted WR for Buffalo and gets a good amount of red-zone targets. Ingram he really hasn't shown much except he seems to be getting the carries except he really hasn't done anything with the carries. Now, Ridley.... It has only been ONE GAME that he got 10 carries 97 yards with 1 TD, 1 reception for 3 yards before that not much against the Bills he had 6 carries for 42 yards and 1 reception for 8 yards then add in BJGE (main back), Woodhead (specialist but he may not play) and Vereen then the fact that NYJ's Cromartie made comments about Brady so we could see Brady just throw the ball a lot, then Thomas doesn't get much in terms of carries or receptions and is basically is a backup to Ingram.

Thoughts,

Neither of those teams are the patriots, and both the raiders and the ravens are run heavy teams. You can't compare what the raiders did and expect similar results out of the pass happy pats.
