I have a similar issue for week 5. Mike Williams might be in for a decent day. San Fran has the solid run defense but are vulnerable to the pass. I am gonna say Decker and Mike Williams. I am on the fence between Decker and Reggie Wayne for my last spot.
I like Decker as well.. I think its only a matter of time before D's start to key in on him tho.. so ride him to he stops..
for your other WR spot.. I think I go Cruz.. MIke williams is in the same spot denver is having.. hes the clear number one so hes gettin dbl teamed and covered the most.. leaving parker and benn the guys reaping the benefits..
with jacoby ford back. it should open up moore (more).. but still oakland is up in the air. I think Run DMC is the big offensive threat this wk.
Harvin has Mcnabb to deal with.. im still confused as to why he has a job!!!
in the end GO CRUZ! manningham isnt being looked to anymore from eli. and that leaves cruz to be open underneath like he has been the last few wks!!
It's tough all of those guys have good upside. I have a hunch that williams will have his break out game of the year soon. It seems like the Tampa Bay offense is just getting going. I've been trying to buy low on williams all week but haven't been able to shake him loose yet. That seems to be the prevailing sentiment. Most guys hanging on for dear life hoping that he turns it around. I think he does it this week and if you go Decker as #2 and Williams as #3 i think you are in good shape. A clear cut starter on a team whose momentum is trending up, facing a team with a stout rushing defense (Freeman will be chucking the rock a lot)...I think you could do a lot worse at your #3 spot.

I would go Mike Williams and Cruz. Mike Williams because he will get his catches and possible TD, SF is better against the run then the pass so that helps a little. Cruz because it is against SEA whose DEF is horrible and the fact that last week even with Manningham on the field Cruz caught the passes while Manningham caught 0 passes.
I'm goin with Decker and Moore. This could well be Williams break-out game, but I think you have better options and can wait one more week. I don't trust Harvin yet, McNabb is simply horrible. I like Cruz a lot, I'm just afraid NY will go up and it'll become the Bradshaw/Jacobs show. OAK v HOU could be high-scoring and Campbell is looking to him a lot, we know they'll run a lot, but hopefully DMac continues to open it up for Campbell. Decker for sure, coin-flip between Moore and Cruz, I give the nod to Moore. Good luck!
Yup I think you got it right, Jennings, Decker and Williams.

Decker has scored four times in the last three weeks, and is clearly becoming a go-to guy for Kyle Orton, while at the same time, not cutting into Brandon Lloyd's targets one bit. Win-win.
Finally, we are starting to see Williams put a few performances together than warrant putting his name into the flex play mix. San Francisco has been solid versus the run and vulnerable to the pass, so we could well see a third straight good game here.
