For sure, as was said before, he's already borderline playable as is, and if matthews goes down, which wouldnt be shocking, you just landed a ton of production for basically free. definitely snag him. i'd drop fred davis if it was me, but i don't ever hold two TE's unless the 2nd has trade value and hasn't found a home yet. otherwise i'd drop carter.
