Is this a fair trade in a non-ppr standard scoring league?
L.McCoy
for
F.Jackson + P.Hillis
(on a side note, are you higher on Hillis or Best?)

Yes that's fair. (Though I'd prefer the McCoy side unless I really needed the RB depth. Also FJax is a sell-high guy right now.)
It's a toss up, but in a non-PPR, I'd probably go Hillis over Best.

In non-PPR that is very fair.
I think most of us McCoy owners love him tho and never want to give him up but that is tempting.
Clearly if they both stayed healthy and at current (or better for Hillis) production it is a great deal.
but how many times has that happened?
Answer - None.
Answer to your question - Yes fair and acceptable offer if one owner needs depth and the other has depth already

I say this is a fair trade for both parties...
McCoy is a PPR stud but the best thing about him is regardless whats going on with the offense, he is going to get hit touches and put up solid numbers...
FJax and Hillis will make a great 1..2 punch but are more suited as RB2 in more shallow leagues.

I agree with everyone else, it's definitely a fair trade. That being said, I still wouldn't trade McCoy. Neither Hillis nor Best have been very consistent thus far, and unless you really needed a RB#2, I wouldn't take either of them.
Please help me out when you have a chance -

I agree, its a fair trade, but I'd rather have McCoy.

I think its fair and you'd be buying Hillis somewhat low. But I think it really depends on what your squad looks like

If you need RBs then it is a great deal. If you are solid I would keep McCoy. So, the trade really depends on your team dynamics.
