Better trade option?

Postby taw856 » Fri Oct 07, 2011 12:31 pm

Tell me which is the better roster...

QB M. Vick
RB P. Hillis, M. Tolbert, (S. Greene)
WR B. Lloyd, N. Washington, A. Green, (D. Nelson), (M. Jenkins)
TE O. Daniels, (A. Gates)
K J. Hanson
DST Steelers
+1 waiver wire pickup, probably either QB R. Grossman or RB I. Redman

QB M. Vick
RB P. Hillis, M. Tolbert, (S. Greene), (J. Addai)
WR B. Lloyd, S. Johnson, D. Nelson, (M. Jenkins) *would only have 2 Wk.7 receivers not on bye
TE O. Daniels, (A. Gates), (A. Hernandez)
K J. Hanson
DST Steelers

A. Rodgers outscores D. Brees in ESPN standard scoring by 40+.
D. McFadden plays 16 games (but ineffectively for someone whose only problem we always assumed was health).
M. Lynch=not a Top 10 RB.
V. Cruz=Top 7 WR.
G. Tate=Top 36 WR.

I'd go with Roster B with Stevie Johnson. He's a WR1 and the best player out of all of the guys that you marked in bold, and Addai is no slouch. He's a decent flex play week in and out. Rex is regressing to where he was the previous 5 seasons. I don't trust him. And Redman is a 1 week rental, or until Mendy goes down.

I'll give it a try.
ignoring if you have a keeper, talking about this weeks ranking, or all year.

I'd have to go with plan B.
Provided you don't add a second injured TE and instead add Stevie AND AJ Green.
You need Addai badly.
Nobody need Jenkins. If you really want Hernandez that's who to switch with.
You might need to try getting something for Gates as you have owen D and Hernandez looks like he will return soon, and if he returns I think he will resume his excelent play.
