Postby JJGBPD » Fri Oct 07, 2011 3:06 pm

I'm new to fantasy football and looking for some experienced fantasy advice!!

QB - Matt Ryan
RB - Arian Foster
RB - Beanie Wells
WR - Hakeem Nicks
WR - Desean Jackson
Flex - Shonn Greene
TE - Jimmy Graham
K - Neil Rackers
D - Pittsburgh
BN - Dexter McCluster
BN - Robert Meacham
BN - Giants D
BN - Matt Hasselbeck
BN - Steven Ridley
BN - Pierre Thomas

10 team league: I'm looking to see if it's worth dumping anyone to add Ben Tate, Knowshon Moreno, CJ Spiller or Sidney Rice?? Thanks!

I'd drop McCluster for Tate. If Foster goes down again, he'll return to starting level RB status. McCluster is 1-5 guaranteed points each week, that's about it, definitely not starter level, and you have plenty of depth that you'll never need to start him.

I agree that you need to grab tate and keep him on your roster for the year just in case foster does a duff duff. I would rather see you drop the Giants defense than mccluster tho. No reason to carry multiple Ds IMO

I would drop Pierre Thomas for Sidney Rice. I have been surprised at how effective Rice has been his first two games in that offense, but Seattle is going to be losing a lot and will have to throw. At least he should have higher trade value than Thomas, which would help your bench more even if you never play either one.

Have an opinion on Cam Newton? viewtopic.php?t=502384
