Sproles vs Blount, Week5

Standard Non-PPR league.
Sproles vs Car (Better matchup but less carries or catches)
Blount vs SF (Tough matchup but more carries).

Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Tough Choice really but I give a little bit of an edge to Sproles just based on Matchup.

San Fran has some tough LB's!!

The Carolina panthers are ranked 31st in the league in yardage allowed on the ground. so far they've face AZ, GB, JAX, CHI...2 of these four temas have premier rushers and 1 has an up and coming star. that being said SF is ranked 4th in the league against ground attack yardage but they have faced the likes of SEA, DAL, CIN, and PHI....arguably only one of these 4 teams has a premier rusher. That being Lesean McCoy who was held to 18 yards on 9 carries. Clearly San Fracisco is the better run stopping defence. I have Blount in one league and I'm scared of starting him this week but i must due to lack of other feasible options. If you have other options i would look elsewhere.

Sproles has been my most consistent back all season. Since week 3 I have started him. He is a triple threat at rushing, receiving, and returns. He doesn't get a lot of touches but he makes the most of every one he gets.

Definitely, Sproles.
