Should I make any changes to my team?

Standard Scoring league, likely 4-1 after this week. Like the fact that I have 3 solid QB's going into bye weeks, what kind of trade would upgrade my team?

WW possibilities - Torain, Hightower, Victor Cruz, Nate Washington, Aaron Hernandez

QB - Brady
RB - McCoy
RB - Turner
WR - Welker
WR - Jennings
TE - Gronkowski
Flex - Beanie
K - Hansen
Def - Flavor of the week

BN - Cam Newton, Matt Schaub
BN - Ben Jarvis, Blount, Tate
BN - Colston

Gronkowski is a really good TE, but New England is so unpredictable with their offense. Hernandez is just as talented as Gronk for example. Then you've got like 4 running backs that can go off, and Welker, Branch... I'm sure Ocho will come around maybe. My point is that there's so many guys and only so many possessions. Gronk is a good TE to have, but see if you can capitalize on his value which I think is at its highest right now. Maybe grab a guy like Witten or Vernon Davis. You could use some depth at WR too. Use one of your QB's (Schaub) as a bargaining chip.
