Blount hurt bad?

Read that he left with a knee injury yesterday. Any word on the severity of it?

Ok so apparently Raheem Morris said Blount is day to day right now with a knee injury. There is some doubt whether he will play this week or not vs the Saints.

Blount could miss Sunday's game against the Saints if his injured knee does not improve, the St. Petersburg Times reports.

Recommendation: Blount exited Sunday's game in the third quarter and did not return. Head coach Raheem Morris didn't offer much for details beyond calling Blunt "day-to-day," but he also did not appear overly optimistic about Blount's chances of suiting up. If Blount is forced to sit out Week 6, Earnest Graham would likely get the start at running back in his place.

Hopefully he improves as the week goes on!

Not what I wanted to see if this is true:

Blount (knee) is expected to miss one to two games, Rick Stroud of the St. Petersburg Times reports.
Analysis: Tampa Bay 1010 am also talked to a doctor Thursday with knowledge of the injury who says Blount has a torn MCL and could be out 4-6 weeks, but that report is unconfirmed. It sounds like Blount will be out at least this week and possibly more.

With Tampa having a bye week 8, it really looks like the soonest Blount will be back is week 9.

The St. Petersburg Times reports LeGarrette Blount will miss 1-2 weeks with his left knee sprain.
The news here is that Blount will be doubtful this week against the Saints and questionable for next week against the Bears. The Bucs have a bye in Week 8, so it makes plenty of sense to hold Blount out to ensure that he's 100 percent in the second half of the season. Earnest "E-surance" Graham is shaping up as a quality RB2 for Week 6 and a RB2/flex option again in Week 7.

Report: Bucs RB Blount has MCL Grade 2 tear

J.P. Peterson of WQYK-AM 1010 in Tampa reports LeGarrette Blount has a MCL Grade 2 tear.
An MCL tear can leave a player sidelined anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Peterson hears that Blount is out "at least a few weeks," which means he won't be available through the Week 8 bye. The timetable isn't much different from the St. Petersburg Times report that Blount's status is already in question for Week 7. At this point, we wouldn't expect to see him before Week 9. Hold off on adding Kregg Lumpkin in all but the deepest of leagues.

F- me Everyday Earnest are you kidding me? Good thing I have some depth in my Blount league cause I did not grab him up. Best case scenario Blount comes back week 9 and tears it up all the way through on fresh legs. One can hope ;-D
