Hey, awesome analysis. Thanks for all your work.

I have NYG, facing a scary Bills who have decimated all Defenses so far this season.

Here are the available DEF in my league worth looking at:

Washington
Buffalo
NE
Houston

I agree that Buffalo or Washington are the DEF to go with this week. I don't have any space on my bench (had to pick up a fill-in for WR this week bc of injuries and byes) so I would have to drop the NYG Defense.

Do you think its smart to drop the Giants and pick one of these up and potentially lose Giants if someone beats me off the waiver after (I'm 5th on the WW)? I would always prefer sticking with a solid dependable DEF than having to play week by week matchups, and Giants have been performing even while missing so much of their core defensive line. They're also getting some guys back from injuries, so things can only go up from here.

Or, if you were in my position, would you roll with a so-far productive NYG Defense against the Bills.

I'm very torn...my matchup this week also looks to be a close one, so this could be a game making/breaking decision.

I would go with Cincy myself. Washington is a solid D but doesn't generate turnovers as they should. It would depend on your matchup. Washington is safe play. Cincy is a middle of the road team in a close matchup play. Bills are your upside/risk/reward play.

This is a great tool that you have devised, and thanks for sharing it. I have been following it each week, and I see that you have New Orleans down in the rankings, but I think they are a good play this week against TB and I currently have them starting. I dropped TEN for NO this week, but Buffalo was just released and is currently on waivers. Should I pick them up in place of NO?
