Shaking things up, is this good value for DMC and Vick?

currently 2-3 but in 9th out of 10th place with 2nd lowest points in our league. I don't think my team has what it takes to make a run, so I think I have to trade my stars for a more well rounded team.

First offer on the table, this is tentatively agreed upon: DMC / VJax / Filler for Eli / Maurice Jones Drew / Greg Jennings

Thoughts on this trade? I'm liking it so far because I virtually get one extra starter while not suffering too much of a drop off from Vick/DMC.

However, because I'll be getting Eli, this trade is dependent on being able to trade Vick, and that's where it gets a little tricky. First year manager here, so I'm not sure how much value a QB has in a 10 team league. I proposed two trades:

Vick / Hillis for Ray Rice / jay Cutler (his QBs are Cutler/Ryan, he also has Forte) <-- if this trade is accepted, I flip Cutler to the team I'm trading with above
Vick / Filler for Megatron (his QBs are Rivers/Jason Campbell, he also has Welker)

As an outside observer, do you think any of these trades get accepted, or will I have to take on lesser value for Vick (either getting someone lesser, or adding someone like Colston as a sweetener)?
