Dynasty League. 10 team. 1/2 Pt PPR
Current Roster: QB: Rogers, RB's: MJD, McCoy. WR's: Megatron, Nicks. Flex: Victor Cruz/Knowshon/J.Stewart
Should I trade Matthew Stafford (Young and Potential Great QB who is on bench) for Fred Jackson (30 yrs old but already a stud) and a 2nd Rd Rookie Pick? I can also substitute Fred Jackson for Steven Jackson (almost 2 years younger than Fred).
When answering please think of this year and the future.
Starting Roster would be this if I do trade: QB: Rogers RB: MJD RB: McCoy WR: Megatron WR: Nicks FL: Fred Jackson TE: Jimmy Graham
Is that good enough to "guarantee" a win this year?

Stafford will never play for you with Rogers on the roster other than bye weeks. So if you have shopped around and that's the best RB you can get in a trade then do it.

I agree as long as you have Rodgers that deal is good for your team. It makes you better. I would do it. Plus you get a 2nd round pick. Seems like a good one for you.
12 TM PPR QB M. Ryan, R. Fitzpatrick RB Demarco Murray, Doug Martin, Ryan Mathews, Donald Brown, Vick Ballard WR Calvin Johnson, Mike Wallace, Danny Amendola, James Jones TE Tony Gonzalez, Owen Daniels D Cards, Cowboys K Greg Zuerlein
I completely agree with Philly_05. Stafford isn't much use to you if you already have Rogers and if Jackson is the best RB that you can get then go for it. However, I would definitely shop around a little bit more and see if you can get a better, younger RB. Don't rush it, but if you find no other RB you like, then take the deal!
