Postby Invictus7 » Tue Oct 11, 2011 5:46 pm

I have a high waiver priority. Who should I go for first?

Roster:
QB: Drew Brees
RB: Ryan Matthews, CJ2K, Hightower, Ridley
WR: S.Moss, Wayne, J.Nelson, D. Moore, Witten (TE Flex)
Def: Chargers
PK: Henry

Additional Waivers:
RB: Torain, Battle, Hunter
WR: Branch, Heyward-Bey, Baldwin, Breaston, H. Ward

I wouldn't touch Torain with a 1,000 foot pole as long as he's playing for Shanahan. It's week five, and I've already heard can't miss statements about Helu, Hightower and Torain from Shanny...so stay away from him.

Battle is intriguing, but I'm not yet sold on the fact that he'll be their premiere guy...and even if he is...he will have some focus on him in coming weeks, and that will change things quickly.

I would absolutely go after DeAngelo Williams, who appears to be back and thriving with all the focus on Newton...and Garcon is the #1 target for Painter...so I'd grab both, starting with Williams for Ridley...who doesn't seem to be factoring much week-to-week. I like Garcon better, but your receivers are better...

I do like him better than Moore though...

Help if you can...
