TE and RB help

Standard scoring league. Non-PPR. Start 2 RB's, 1 TE, 2 WR's, 1 Flex.
I currently have Fred Davis for TE. Greg Olson and Jermaine Gresham are available.

For backup RB's I have Pierre Thomas and Michael Bush. (Rice, F-Jax, Gore are my top 3) Delone Carter, Kendall Hunter, and Jackie Battle are available.

Do I dump Davis for another TE?
Do I dump Bush or Thomas for a TE or one of the other RB's? Odds are I won't use any of Rb's anyway.

I am thinking that this would only be to improve your bench?

Personally I like Gresham and Olsen better than Fred Davis... I do not believe in Grossman at all.

Regarding the running backs, I would want to get rid of Bush for either Battle or Carter. Battle first, as he will be touching the ball a lot.

First of all I definitely like both tight ends better than Fred Davis at this point. Personally I would grab Gresham over Olsen, but both are good. Next week I see the Colts trying to contain Green potentially to the benefit of Gresham.

Bush only has value if McFadden gets hurt, but I still like him as a stash. I don't see you ever confidently starting Pierre Thomas. If you wanted to drop him for Jackie Battle, I don't have a problem with it. Not the other two though.

Another thing to think about is packaging Bush and a bench player (Jordy Nelson?) for an upgrade at tight end to the Run DMC owner? Throw in whichever tight end you pick up and try this next week.

I'd take Gresham over Davis and leave Rb core alone.
