AP Trade. Need some opinions on this asap. *WHIR*

So im in a ten team .5 ppr and I was offered this trade. I would give Maclin, AJ Green, Felix Jones, and George Wilson for Peterson, mannignham, Tampa's Mike williams, and will Witherspoon. Im leaning towards no but I really need some other opinions. Currently 3-2. It would give me the starting lineup as follows:

Romo
M. Austin
M.Williams
Fred Jackson
Adrian Peterson
Pettigrew
Manningham/Boldin
Ingram

Counter with Jones, Wilson and his pick of Green or Maclin for AP and see what he says...but be willing do make the trade as written. I would not let this trade get away.

I offered Jones, Maclin, and C. Matthews Jr for AP and he countered with this. Close to accepting.

Clearly...your receiving corp takes a hit...but let's face facts...Maclin isn't exactly a juggernaut from week-to-week splitting big games with DJax and a struggling Philly passing game. AJ Green is a rookie, and as big as he can be, he'll disappear at times as well. Both those descriptions fit Manningham to a T, although Manningham has likely fallen to the #3 receiver in New York...but he'll still get looks. Mike Williams...if he gets on track...would fit that bill as well...

and clearly...you upgrade your running back...which IMO...counters any loss you take with your receivers. Does he have another receiver you can counter with and not make this trade ridiculous? If you can nab one slightly better receiver...this is a no brainer. As it stands now...it's just a good trade for both...

Make it...if you can't figure out a counter...

Help if you can...

I accepted it. I appreciate the opinions made me really look it over and decide to go for it.
