Put In a #11/12 Waiver Claim?

I've done a pretty crummy job jumping on players off the WW which is okay because my lineup is pretty sound and I have a backup in James Starks.

Looking for long-term projects, a WR/RB that I could keep with my 12th/13th pick next year.

I have Stevan Ridley and Denarius Moore.

Are there any of these RBs I should claim using the waiver?
