Need a little advice on this 1-4 team... **WHIR

Standard 10-team, non-ppr league

QB-Flacco, A. Smith
RB-Mathews, Mendy, McGahee, Felix
WR-Roddy, AJ Green, Lloyd, Cruz, Manningham, N. Washington
TE-Schiancoe

This has been a very frustrating team. I have already traded Schaub and Moreno for Mathews which helped this team out tremendously, but I'm still not liking it. Roddy, Lloyd and Mendy are not putting up the numbers I would expect from top 3 draft picks. I wanna keep my QB's because, in my opinion, QB's dont have the value that RB and WR have in standard leagues. Nobody wants Mendy or Lloyd it seems, or maybe I'm making the wrong offers. Doesnt help that 4 team dont even check their lineups... so frustrating! But I dont wanna give up. Ive been in this league for maybe 3 or 4 years and the winner holds some hefty bragging rights. Please help anyway possible!!!
