I was offered:
(i) his NIcks for my McGahee+Stevie Johnson OR
(ii) his AJ Green for my McGahee

I lost Charles, so I took a hit at RB. I'm not sure I need a WR. Here's my team:
QB: Stafford* (Romo)
RB: Forte*, Greene* (Mcgahee, Starks, Tolbert, Battle, Scott, Hardesty)
WR: Fitz*, Dez* (SJohnson, Meachem)
FLEX: One of my WR/RB
TE: Daniels* (FDavis)

Nicks would be nice to have and I can play him in my flex, but he has not been huge yet this year. McGahee, now that he carries the load, is not a stud RB, but he puts up decent points every week.

McGahee for Green isn't too bad. I wish you could do a little bit better though. Dealing Johnson for Nicks is jsut rearranging deck chairs on the titanic.

I agree the second trade is the best option for you, but I would shop McGahee around a little more before you accept the deal. It does leave you a little thin at RB though.
