Tired of the looser ways of Williams, need someone who can produce. BUT Williams was so damn good last year, it's just hard to drop him (and the whole league it seems).
What do you think I should do?
I picked up Heyward-Bey to help my other starting WR Nicks.
I also have Decker, but I think it's time to drop him...
Can we see your entire roster? Type of league you are playing in? I would stick with Williams you have the hot WW pickup in DHB already. So I would wait and see how Tebow and Decker play together for a few weeks before I dump him.

People to be dropped if they don't produce: M. Williams, Moreno, Decker, and prob Cundiff
HERE's the worst part
M Williams will play the Saints and Heyward-Bey play at Cleveland. I think HB has a much tougher game ahead but I'm so sick of getting burned by MW
I'm part of a 14 player league with 15 spots on the team. About 4-5 players who are active in terms of picking up new players off the waiver, watching out for FA etc, rest are pretty quite.. But I'm still 2-3 (lost one to someone w/ 160 points when I had about 140, ouch)
Re kickers, I like Novak and want him to be my primary kicker, but needed Cundiff for this week as Novak is out on BYE. I can take a chance and drop Novak but someone may snatch him up. Maybe.
QB's available Manning Dalton Pianter Tavaris Jackson Henne gets worse
RB's available Carter PT Ridley Redman Tate Carnell Williams Earnest Graham too many low end guys
Frankly PT has the best projected ranking by Yahoo, but not sure if that means anything
Baldwin is still available. I can just bench Williams this week and see if shows any signs of play... If he continues to suck, he's out..
