I'm in a PPR league (1 point) league with a pretty solid team for a 14 teamer.
We start two WRs, two RBs and a flex.
My lineup: QB: Newton WRs: Welker, Roddy White, Santonio Holmes, Mike Sims Walker RB: Gore, Steven Jackson, Cedrick Benson, Daniel Thomas TE: Finley.
I have some other guys on my bench, but that's the people that matter.
I was just offered Dez Bryant, Danny Woodhead, and Jason Avant for Santonio Holmes, Cedrick Benson, and B. Scott.
That would help me a bit during weeks 7 and 8 as I most of my guys have week 7 or 8 byes and all the guys I would be getting don't have byes that week.
Additionally, my long-term starting lineup would be: WR: Welker, white RB: Gore, Jackson Flex: Bryant
Seems like I'd be trading my #3 WR and #3 RB for a top 10 WR. True?
I haven't been following Bryant this year, so any help or insight would be appreciated.
QB- Roethlisberger, Rivers, Foles RB- McCoy, Lynch, L James, Ivory, F Jackson, D Thomas, Turbin WR- Julio, Bowe, D Bryant, D Jax, Amendola, Broyles, Gordon, Hill TE- Celek, D Allen DEF- Giants K- Zuerlin D- D Washington, S Weatherspoon, L Kuechly
I would see if you can counter something like holmes and benson for bryant....It would be nice to hold onto Scott for the 3 wks Benson will likely be out. Law firm is the only NE RB worth starting...Even if he gets injured, it would likely be a WHead/Ridley split. I don't even know who Avant is, so I doubt he's good. IMO, the only player you'd start from that package is Bryant, so see if you can package less just for him?
