Is Steven Jackson for DeSean Jackson a fair trade?

Giving up SJAX, getting DJAX. I am 0-5 and need to start getting some wins to have a shot at the playoffs. 10-team standard scoring league. Here is my roster:

Rashard Mendenhall - RB

Isaac Redman - RB
Mark Sanchez - QB
Willis McGahee - RB
Denarius Moore - WR
Mike Thomas - WR
Antonio Gates - TE

McGahee is on BYE this week so if I trade SJAX my two running backs would be Mendy and Starks. Not fantastic at all but I guess it could be worse.
Would you do this trade? I will help in return.

I would rather have SJax then DJax honestly. Djax's value takes a huge hit if Vick gets hurt.
