Drop M Williams for Baldwin? Thoughts?

Need a qb for bye week next week, plan to drop Ridley for qb

Which M. WIlliams (Sea or TB?)

If it's TB, then I say keep him over Baldwin. Freeman has had a horrible year and at some point, he has to connect with Mike. If it's the other Mike, I say go with Baldwin.
