Which offer should I make to try and get Graham?

I need a tight end to help round out my team and the guy who has Jimmy Graham needs all kinds of help with his team. I thought of offering him Schaub and Starks or maybe just Matthews or Beanie. I could throw in one of my TE's or something as well. I'm looking for whatever seems like a fair trade. Both of our rosters our below. I'm thinking of dropping Ford or Burress to pick up Heyward-Bey or Baldwin as well.
