Team Critique, I'm still a Rookie-ish

I've only been doing this for a few seasons, this is the third, but I've had football forced down my throat since I was a wee baby. (My dad dressed me up as Bum Phillips for Halloween when I was 5, and Warren Moon the year after.) This season is by far my best yet, maybe because I now consider myself a waiver-wire wizard, or the fact that I had No.1 pick in the draft. Heck it might even be dumb luck, who knows. I just wanted to get a little input from an outside source. I'd talk with the rest of the players in my league but that always devolves into trash talk and has little real value. So, as an unbiased viewer, whatchya think?
