I own Darren McFadden and had to drop Michael Bush for a bye week fill-in. I just picked up Greg Little off waivers and now I have to figure out who to drop to get Michael Bush back.
10-team .5 PPR 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex
My RB: McCoy, McFadden, Felix Jones, Brandon Jacobs
My WR: M. Austin, S. Holmes, M. Manningham, D. Nelson, L.Moore, G. Little
I can drop an injured Jacobs and leave myself thin at RB or drop one of my WR.
Who would you drop (if anyone) to re-handcuff McFadden with Michael Bush
12-team PPR QB: Cam Newton, Andrew Luck RB: Lesean McCoy, Darren Sproles, Marcel Reece, James Starks WR: Percy Harvin, Julio Jones, Eric Decker, Randall Cobb TE: Aaron Hernandez, Brandon Meyers D/ST: Rams (streaming) K: Matt Bryant
You're right ... can't drop Jacobs. It's down to Nelson, Moore, or Little. I'd also drop Nelson. Seems like his role in the offense has changed, and not for the better (at least for fantasy owners). After that, Moore - scoring is so inconsistent, especially with Colston, Graham, and Sproles ahead of him for catches. In a 10-team league, he just doesn't have the upside to make it worth rostering him. I'd like to hold on to Little and see what he can do. Maybe it'll be nothing. Maybe he'll be PPR gold. It's worth waiting a week or two and keep him on your roster.
On the contrary I think you should Keep Nelson. Buffalo's Offense is really good, teams are going to start focusing on stopping the run or blitzing Fitzpatrick, I think the offense was a little slow this past week.
besides Jones is out, means Nelson is number two in an explosive offense. in a 1/2 pt. PPR league your #2 receiver playing primarily in the slot is great for expected targets. Hold on to Nelson and drop Moore for above mentioned reasons.
