Need help this week- 2 spots

Yahoo League with Standard scoring and .5 PPR. 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 Flex, 1 TE

Here's my team for Week 6:
QB- Aaron Rodgers vs. StL
WR- Hakeem Nicks vs. Buf
WR- Reggie Wayne @Cin
WR- Percy Harvin @Chi
WR- David Nelson @NYG
RB- Fred Jackson @NYG
RB- Ray Rice vs. Hou
RB- Ryan Torain vs. Phi
RB- Stevan Ridley vs. Dal
RB- Earnest Graham vs. NO
TE- Vernon Davis @Det
TE- Brandon Pettigrew vs. SF

My two issues are:
1) Wayne or Nelson? Should I bench Wayne on the road against a very good Bengals secondary? IND's pass game woke up a bit, but Cincy has been great and IND could be awful. My only swap out is David Nelson who is now the #2 in Buf, but never a guarantee.

2) Torian or Graham? Torain looked great last week and the Eagles run-D sucks. But, you never know with Shanahan on the RB situation. Looks like Blount is out for the week, which means Graham will be the feature back and NO run D is not good. It's really hard to sit Torain given how bad Philly is, against the pass (Graham's main threat) and the run.

Any other issues, please comment. Thanks.

WR situation is tough but I would give it to Nelson ONLY because IND playing on the road against an underrated CIN defense. BUF will be passing a decent amount in NY and idk why Nelson hasn't been getting looks but they will need him to step up this week.

RB Torrain has the higher upside but you can't see the skins give up on Hightower already. Graham is quietly one of the top RBs with receptions and he is guaranteed the touches this week. I would go with Torrain because of how bad the Eagles run defense is and Rex might have some trouble with the Eagles corners.

Help out with mine? viewtopic.php?t=503476
