I think now that Hernandez is back, this is no longer a legitimate question. I think you are being too cute as Graham is the #1 TE in fantasy going forward. With Hernandez out though, Gronk is neck and neck.

I am a proud Jimmy Graham owner. As such, I think it is blasphemous that you are even thinking of doing this. LOL.

Seriously though, Graham should be carved into your lineup every damn week. Unless Brees contracts an arm crippling disease, or Graham's legs and arms fall off, he stays in.
