To much for Peterson?

Postby kingmike74 » Thu Oct 13, 2011 5:09 pm

PPR Redraft and I am 1-4 and cannot afford to lose so I went after the owner who has AJ Green & Peterson.

Here is what he proposed

Keep in mine Fitz is on bye and Best has a bad matchup

Mr Fitzgerald, J Best and Jordy Nelson

For his Adrian Peterson, AJ Green and Torrey Smith

Thoughts?

Guessing you start both Jordy and Fitz?

Fitz gets doubled up so I don't see him have stellar games, but he's consistent. AJ is looking great
Best is good, but inconsistent and isn't the focus of the team. He only ran 12 times and caught 4 passes. That isn't a lot of attention.

As long as you have someone to fill the spot for Jordy not named Torrey Smith, I say do it.

Green moves into Best's spot

I also own Roddy White and my third WR would be Heyward Bey

Smith is droppable. DHB is proving Al Davis to be a genious for once. Lord rest him, and lord rest this other guy's brain its obviously dead. I can't believe he'd give up AD for that.

You really think it is a great deal?

I have two buddies that say no way they would do it just to win this week. They said Green is on bye next week and puts you in the same position you are in now.

Peterson's upcoming schedule, how do you see him doing?

Chicago
Green Bay
Carolina (He will rape them)

Chicagos run D is terrible. Best was running well even on then that 88 yarder.
Green Bay is looking extremely vulnerable defensively this year.
Carolina has a decent run defense but he will kill them.

I would take that for sure......Fitz and Kolb dont look like they are even on the same page, Best is way overated hes had 1 100yrd game and is injury prone going all the way back to collage. Nelson has put up solid numbers but there are so many weapons in greenbay that his numbers are not going to be constant. I would take Petterson/AJ and not look back.

pull the trigger for sure, you are getting the best player in the trade and it doesn't affect your starting line up. You lose some depth but you only start 4 RB/WRs so depth shouldn't be a problem.

take a look at my trade.
