HUGE trade: Best/Graham/Eli for Andre/Mendy/Pettigrew?

I'm in a 10 team PPR league and I was offered Andre Johnson, Mendenhall, and Pettigrew for Best, Eli (said he would take M. Williams instead too), and Graham. I'm thinking of declining it because Jimmy Graham is basically a stud WR (he's #5 in our WR/TE scoring right now only behind Welker, Megatron, Wallace, and S. Smith). It would be really nice though to upgrade from M. Williams to Andre...I would have a stud WR core with Andre, VJax, and Jennings...but is it worth downgrading from Graham to Pettigrew and Best to Mendy as my backup? What should I do? Here's my team, we start 2 RB and 3 WR:

QB: Stafford, Eli
RB: DMC, Mathews, Best, Hightower, M. Bush
WR: VJax, Jennings, M. Williams, DHB, D. Nelson, Little
TE: Graham
D/ST: Lions
K: Rackers

i'd make the deal. Andre is the best player in the deal, and even though Best is better than Mendenhall, it's not enough to change my mind.

The only thing is that Graham is playing like a top WR (he's #5 right now in my scoring behind only Megatron, Welker, Wallace, and Smith)...so I'm torn on trying to decide if replacing him with Pettigrew is worth getting Andre.

Graham is playing really well, but at the end of the day, I'd rather have Andre Johnson. The guy has been the best WR in football for the last few years, and I'll trust his consistency over Graham when it matters most. This is a buy low(Andre), for a sell high(Graham).

Here's the other thing, in a 10 team league, there should be decent TE's on the waiver wire.

Another thing is that you'd be grabbing Mendenhall on the cheap too. I'd rather have him for the stretch run over Best.
