F.Jax/WR for Rice/Welker?

One of the teams mentioned in passing that he wanted to do a BIG trade and mentioned my Fred Jackson. I'm thinking about proposing Fred Jackson and Dwayne Bowe for his Ray Rice and Wes Welker. What do you think?

i know i won't accept it as Rice owner
i won't even trade Rice for FJax straight up
when i offer Rice/Welker for FJax/WR, i expect that WR to be better than Welker, and Bowe isn't
and Welker is already pretty high in WR rank, it's hard to find a better WR than him.

CJ, AJ (if healthy), Jenning, Fitz, Wallace are all same tier, and the only one i think that's definitely an upgrade from Welker is CJ, everyone else is pretty even.

FJax is good, but not better than Rice or AP.

but if he did accept FJax/Bowe, then congratz
