PERFECT Team I could have drafted

This morning I decided to do what I would assume most owners do at least once during their season and that is to go back over the draft and see how differently I would have done things. The team I could have drafted makes me feel like a nice good vomit. Here is what could have resulted if I made all the right moves, on a round by round basis:

(These are the picks that were available to me with the 10th pick out of 12 teams, snake draft)

Rd. 1: D. McFadden
Rd. 2: C. Johnson
Rd. 3: D. Bryant
Rd. 4: R. Mathews
Rd. 5: W.Welker
Rd. 6: F. Jackson
Rd. 7: S. Smith CAR
Rd. 8: J. Graham
Rd. 9: M. Stafford
Rd 10: Ravens DST

The last few rounds would have consisted of a few excellent backups like D. Sproles or an undrafted Cam Newton and S. Janikowski in the last round.

This team would have been absolutely ridiculous and I understand hind sight is always 20/20, but that does not comfort me or stop me from wanting to rip my hair out! If anyone feels up to it, I'd like to see some other teams you all could have drafted if you had a crystal ball before the season started. It might help me feel a bit less suicidal.

I didn't go back and figure out what I could have drafted, but I did draft Cam Newton and Dez Bryant only to trade them away before the season started. I've been kicking myself every day since week one for such a stupid move, my team would be unstoppable if I hadn't made that trade. I'm in a 2 QB league and my two QBs would be Drew Brees and Cam Newton! UGH!

That actually looks a little like the team I did draft! I'm in a 14 team league and I have D.McFadden, W.Welker, S.Smith CAR & M.Stafford. I also have Ray Rice, Hakeem Nicks and Ahmad Bradshaw with Detroit's D and Gostkowski as my kicker.

Not quite as good as what you posted, but it's a 6-0 team none-the-less! Though right now I am feeling the bye week blues.

Yeah, definitely a good team. Anyone with DMC, Bradshaw, and Ray Rice, Welker and Smith, and Stafford should be 6-0 at this point!

Yes, definitely a very solid team but anybody at any draft spot could look back and have the best team in the league. Thats why the draft is one of the best things about fantasy football, you have to do your research and you have to be lucky.
