Should I trade Best for Roddy White and Miles Austin?

This is my roster:
QBs - Matthew Stafford, Joe Flacco
RBs - Jahvid Best, James Starks, Shon Greene, Earnest Graham, Rashard Mendenhall
WRs - Marques Colston, Calvin Johnson, Santonio Holmes, Eric Decker, David Nelson
TE - Jimmy Graham

I wouldnt trade you Austin or White by themselves for Best. If you think someone is dumb enough to take that then yes ....do it!

You don't have the depth to do it. Greene is a mess, Starks is in RBBC on a pass first team, Graham is only rostered as a handcuff to Blount (until he comes back), and Mendy hasn't done much of anything. If anything, you should be looking for RBs, not looking to trade one.

I know my RB situation is pitiful but besides CJ, Best and Stafford there's no one valuable enough on my team to warrant getting a solid back.

My thinking was that if I got austin this week then assuming he had a big week I could sell him high for a quality RB for week 7.

Actually I have two options:

I could either go Best for Austin or I might be able to go Best for CJ2K. What do you think?

I think the best option is to take White and Austin, then try to deal them to a team with no WR depth for 2 RBs. IMO, that will maximize your teams potential

Accept. Best has only had a few good weeks.

Smart move would be moving a WR for a better RB. By trading for White and Austin, you would be creating a log-jam at WR each week on trying to decide who to start... CJ is strong enough that you dont need a super talented WR2.. someone like Colston or Holmes will fill that spot nicely. Watch Mendy this week and if he has a good game, throw hiim out there comboing him with one of your lesser WR's and see what kind of RB you can get in return... CJ2K or even SJax would be nice to fillout that roster.

If you start 3-4 WR I would do this.

Having those stud WR start every week and having Greene and Graham start is solid.
Mendenhall will rebound over the second half to be a solid RB-2.

You will be able to flip one of your amazing WR for a RB go for it.

So is the consensus even if I just traded Best for Austin that I shouldn't do it because I am better off waiting a week seeing how one of my rbs do. Then if one of them does well auction him + a wr for a more solid rb?
