in 1 league I need a flex, I have M.Manningham, Hightower available..

in my 2nd I need a flex, I have B.Marshall, Torain,Hightower.....

Hmm... For the first league I'd start Manningham. I don't think Hightower will get many touches, plus Torain is probably going to be stealing some of the workload.

For the 2nd league, I'd go with Torain. Since Hightower isn't 100%, and Torain and Shanny have good history, I think Torain will get the bulk of the work.
