Its hard to even predict what will happen, personally I think they'll trade Henry and keep Willis simply because Henry has more value to trade, and personally I think Willis will come back strong from surgery, and all doctors say its an inhumane recovery and he'll be good to go, so I say they trade Henry, but thats just me.

I think it's going to be a RBBC in Buffalo next season. I doubt the Bills will trade one of their only productive offensive players and force themselves to depend on an unproven guy coming off of an injury.
I can only see Henry being shipped out of town only if McGahee can prove that he is a viable starter. As much as I like his potential, I certainly don't think he's an NFL starter quite yet. I'd make him play in some actual games before I let someone who is capable of 1500 rushing yards and 15 TDs go to another team.
I wouldn't take him early in the draft. I would only draft him as a backup.

I agree here. Henry has proven he can play in this league, McGahee has not. I don't think Buffalo would trade away Henry without some reassurance that McGahee can fully replace Henry.

Now you're talking about a #2 WR wanting #1 WR money. Both Henry and McGahee can start for teams, but I think Buffalo should trade McGahee. Henry has proven he can sscore, and that's he's tough. A broken leg, for crying out loud!!!!

I agree with Poobah - Henry is proven ... in more ways than one. I think the fact that he refuses to sit despite being on a losing team with nothing at stake (unlike Vick) speaks volumes about this guy's character. This is the kind of player I would want in my locker room if I was a head coach. Trade McGahee ... it's not like Henry is past his prime, either (it's just his 3rd year, right?)
Keep them both if FA and or salary cap isn't an issue. Though it's his second season Mcghee will be a rookie player next year, it would be best if he were eased into the RB situation by sharing the load with henry or. but TH should remain the man in Beefalo
