I'd narrow it down between Henderson and Walter, but keep in mind Walter is facing the best defense in the league. Given that, I'd probably play Henderson.

Is Kevin Walter a no-brainer?

Of these players, I would go with Walter. While HOU will go run heavy while Johnson is out, they will have to throw some because BAL D is too good for a one dimensional offense. J. Jones wasn't that good (so bad that they signed Mason) and seems to have lost the trust of Schaub. Walter is the safe choice.

Other names here aren't consistently targeted enough.

If you want to hit for the fences, go with Henderson. Otherwise Walter. I would not expect too much out of either though, except Henderson has a chance to get a long TD.
