Flex Help - Best or Torain PPR

I'm concerned about Best's matchup and Torain's timeshare. Who should I start? I have the 2nd most points in the league, but I'm 1-4 and in last place so I'm a little desperate this week.

if its PPR, go Best. Else go Torain. Torain will get his fair share, and thats enough against Philly :=) But he wont catch the ball, so Best for PPR.
