B.Pettigrew or J.Starks for flex WHIR

Should I start B.Pettigrew vs SF or J.Starks vs STL NON PPR,6 pts for tds, 3 xtra pts for tds 40+, 3 xtra pts for out of position, .05 pts every yard. I also have M.Ingram @ TB or M.Williams(TB) vs NO that i could put in the flex. This is what i have in right now...leave a link and I'll give my advice.

Non PPR, I would go with Starks. I think he will carry the team in the second half, once they build their lead.

pettigrew for sure.. stafford is getting really comfortable with him and i could see him becoming a big contributor in the next couple of weeks.
