Sidebet offer, thoughts?

so, another guy in my league asked if I was interested in a side bet as we to this point have the 2 best teams. I have more overall points, but he has a better record by one game.

Anyway, here are the 2 rosters, should I accept a side bet?
PPR, 4 pt QB TDs, 1 point for 10 yard rushing, 1 point for 20 yards recieving, 1 point for 25 yards passing

RB: Darren McFadden
WR: Miles Austin
WR: Mike Wallace
WR: Wes Welker
TE: Jermichael Finley
Flex: Fred Jackson
K: Janikowski
Defense: rotates each week depending on matchups

Bench: Tim Hightower, Jackie Battle, Denarius Moore, Steve Breaston, Fred Davis, and whichever of my 2 QBs I am not starting

Bench: Ernest Grahm, knowshown moreno, peirre thomas, Mike Williams (sea), Kevin walter, Tim Tebow


This would be a side be on who ultimatly has a better standing at the end of the season

I'd say take it, your team is better than his although you are handicapped slightly because he has a one game edge on you
