Bye week Flex help needed! WHIR

Postby chcbb » Mon Oct 17, 2011 10:47 am

I lot of my top starters have a by week 7, so I have to go to more bench more than I'd like.
Right now my 2nd flex would be Hightower @ Car ... but I'm not sold at all on him getting enough (if any) work. Thinking of dropping him and picking up a replacement; maybe someone that can fill in as needed in later weeks too.

I'm in a PPR league. My best options are as follows. Pick 1.

Choice v StL
Ingram v Ind
Torain @ Car
N. Washington v Hou
D. Baldwin @ Cle
D. Heyward-Bey v KC
K. Walter @ Ten
N. Burleson v Atl
D. Bess v Den

I would see if Earnest Graham is available on the wire (if Blount is out), though he won't be as reliable in later weeks when Blount comes back. Other than that I like Nate Washington.

Help?

Tough choice. I don't think any of those guys will put up huge numbers. If I had to choose I'de go Torain. Looks like Hightower is pretty banged up. If Hightower has the start maybe Baldwin. I don't like Washington just because CJ is going to be getting the ball more.

Unfortunately Graham got snatched up last week. Stuck w/ some dismal options ... leaning towards Washington mostly because PPR could help bolster his value, Torain seems like the logical choice but I'm really wary of the 'Skins running game right now.

I would go with Haywerd-Bey because Carson Palmer is playing for the Raiders. Making him a really good option going into week 7.

Help me out.

Thanks for the help.
In a ppr league...I'd probably go with either Heyward-Bey or Baldwin.
Torain needs to show me more, and I just don't trust the whole rb thing in Washington right now...too many backs.
None of your other choices seem any better either.
Good luck!
