Bradshaw for Holmes/Tebow

Postby futanto » Tue Oct 18, 2011 1:07 am

Who wins this trade?

My Holmes and Tebow for his Bradshaw (NYG)

Outside of Bradshaw's last game, he has been okay. Plus it happened with Jacobs out.

Holmes is playing better. Tebow has upside.

My roster:

QB: Vick
WR: Colston
WR: AJ Green
WR: D. Bryant
RB: McFadden
RB: Starks
TE: Gronkowski
Flex: Holmes
Bench: Gates, V. Cruz, R. Torain, Battle, Tebow, B. Jacobs

Thanks.

Well, I don't know what your roster looks like, so it might go either way. But in theory, I like the Tebow/Holmes side of this trade better. Tebow will be a Cam Newton lite and Holmes isn't too bad either.

In a vacuum I like the Holmes/Tebow side. Holmes can't be as bad as he had been for the weeks prior to last, and Tebow is nothing but upside. Bradshaw is a solid back, but he's on bye and he'll have Jacobs coming back in week 8. Like I said, in a vacuum I like the Homes/Tebow side, but in order to tell a true winner I would need to see roster needs.

I'd assume you have a QB of the top 5 QB's and woulndt play Tebow, and Holmes is probably your 3rd WR? You probably need a RB and if all those things are true then you're probably getting the better end of it.

**Edit** Yeah I think you're doing what you need to do, Holmes wouldnt play with the WR's you do have, and you have a top 5 QB but you'll need to grab up a back up QB with Vick on bye.

help with mine?

Bradshaw + FA QB pickup!

That side wins easily.

Thanx for the help with mine.

I like Tebow's upside but I would still take Bradshaw for Holmes/Tebow because there is much less depth at RB in general and Bradshaw might get more goal line carries after kickin ass with Jacobs out

I would rather have Bradshaw. Even when Jacobs is playing, Bradshaw gets the majority of carries and is a good receiver out of the backfield. I think Jacobs will see even less carries once he does come back after Bradshaw showed he can handle the full workload. The Jets offense is really struggling right now and I dont see it improving that much where I would want Holmes.

X2... Bradshaw upgrades over Starks and pluck Carson Palmer or something off the WW.
