After Gates & Hernandez were injured early on they were dropped so I picked em up. I now have 3 good tight ends so I could use 2 as trade bait. Assuming Gates will be back this week, should I offer Shonn Greene & Gates for MJD & Lloyd? Is that a fair trade? Do I want MJD? Or, my Forte & Gates for his Rice & Lloyd? Or should I offer another owner Mendy, Greene, & Gates for Foster?
So which would be the best deal and the most likely to get accepted? 1. Greene, & Gates for MJD 2. Forte, Gates for Rice & LLoyd or Heyward-Bey 3. Greene, Mendy & Gates for Foster or Foster & Holmes
QB, 2WR, 2RB, WR/RB, TE, K, D/ST--non ppr 10yds/1pt, td=6pt My Roster QB. Eli RB. Forte, Jackson, Mendy, Greene WR. VJax, Wallace. DJax TE. Gates, Hernandez, Pettigrew K. Gould D. Dal
MJD owner's roster QB Fitzpatrick, Cutler RB. Rice, MJD, Murray, Addai(hamstring) WR. Bowe, Nicks, Lloyd, Burleson, Heyward-Bey TE Dickson K. Folk D Balt
Either is worth a shot. Idunno yur record, but you could use a top flight WR for one of your TE's. Bowe/Nicks for Gates maybe? I like Hernandez and don't know how Gates will be. And I actually drafted Gates this year which I never do.
Good Luck with your team(s), unless you're playin' mine.
I would shot for Foster, his owner needs help at te, so offer them all up, see who he likes / wants and see if you can make a deal for him. You can the rb depth to make the move, you could offer up Mendy and a te to him. Good luck.
I like what you're thinking but I would not give up forte or jackson. neither would I give up a WR, unless you're gaining a better one in return.
I like maybe gates/greene for foster or rice. Doubt they would take those offers, but they both need a TE and when healthy Gates puts up numbers as good as anyone. I think if you make these offers you might get a counter where they want hernandez. Gates is very iffy and I personally wouldn't take a chance and lose a top RB (or WR) and get an injury dud in return. But these offers might get the ball rolling.
Very sound idea and I think you will end up with some interesting counters... maybe even something involving freeman? Dunno.. just a thought.

I agree, you're gonna have to wait for him to play a game.. Hope he does really well and then try to sell. I like your thinking, you just don't need three TEs so offer up a bunch of trades. You should definitely be able to get a little something in return, maybe offer a 2 for 2? Thanks for the help on mine.
Don't trade Forte, out of all your te's I'd want to move Gates first but like previously mentioned that may be hard to do until he proves himself. I don't see the Foster owner pulling the trigger his whole team is a mess but than again he's desperate. I like Greene or Dwill and any TE for Jones-drew but try a few different offers.
I like option #1, you get a solid RB thats better than what you are giving and a solid WR....but with Gates still iffy you may need to swap in Hernandez.
Ive tried a few offers for the last couple of weeks but still no takers. Now that Gates has played a couple of games maybe I can try again to trade one of my TEs but which one? Gates or Hernandez? Gates didnt seem to have any problems with his foot after these last 2 weeks but it is still a concern with half the season to go. Hernandez has to compete with Gronkowski for targets but is only 2 behind him even though he missed 2 games. Which TE should I trade?
