Carson Palmers value???

Ok with Carson Palmer being dealt to the Raiders....where does everyone see his value?
He will have to learn the playbook, and get himself back into playing shape...but he does have an arm and some weapons downfield.

Im sturggling to find consistency at the QB spot with Big Ben and Ryan Fitz as my QB's but i dont know if Palmer is the answer.

Does anyone see him becoming a top 10 QB again?
