Big MJD Trade. Help!

Was just offered Maurice Jones-Drew and David Nelson for Jeremy Maclin and Mike Tolbert. Should I pull the trigger?

I desperately need RB help. Since my top pick Jamaal Charles went down, I've had a carousel of very, very low tier running backs behind Tolbert. I had depth at WR which is why I don't mind giving up Maclin. My RB however are Tolbert (who is to be traded), Tomlinson, Roy Helu, and Stevan Ridley. It's a 14 team league, very deep so pretty much every RB is owned so a trade is imperative. Here's my roster:

I like it... it's = in points in my PPR league. I know it's just me but when I hear MJD my gut think he's gonna have some huge games this year... if you need the RB a lot more than WR i think it's good.

Forgot, yes it is a PPR league. So my WR depth helps more.
