I have Ray Rice and I have been offered Bradshaw and Jimmy Graham.

Should i go forth with the trade?

I have RB - Ray Rice Mendenhall, Felix, McGahee
WR - Fitz, Holmes, Manningham,
TE - Dallas Clark
QB - Stafford

Get to play 2 rbs/2wrs and a flex.

I would like to see the rest of your roster, to me it all comes down to legue scoring and your roster.

It does depend on rest of roster and scoring, but if you are in something like ESPN standard 10-team, the upgrade between Clark and Jimmy Graham is really big (FP for the year so far is 28 or 29 for Clark, 77 for Graham).

So it comes down to whether you can tolerate a moderate but real downgrade at RB as you take up Bradshaw (many think he's a "sell high" right now, but in ESPN Bradshaw is still #10 or #11 in FP for the year to date) and lose Ray Rice.

My gut and my head go in different directions here. My gut says never let go of Ray Rice because he is a reliable RB "core" and probably you can play matchups and waiver wire on your TE.

My head says that Bradshaw might be only a modest downgrade and getting Drew Brees "hot" Tight End ought to be a good play.

curious what others think.

No way would I trade Ray Rice for that package. Tight ends are too inconsistent. Ray Rice is consistent. Try and pawn off a lesser back you dont play for the TE straight up.

It's a fair trade and Graham is a monster but I would hold off because Jacobs is due to return after the giants bye week. Bradshaw's value is going to take a slight dip when he comes back.

I guess if I can't decide I'd stay.
Good Luck with your team(s), unless you're playin' mine.
