WW pickup : who do I drop? Nate Wash or Plaxico

My team has done poorly due to inconsistent fantasy production from Arian Foster, Philip Rivers, Hakeem Nicks.

I'll show my roster below, but the basic issue is that I need a bye week fix for Tight End Vernon Davis (49ers) and the issue is who to give up to the wire:

Nate Washington or Plaxico Burress?

Since no one on my team has been a "sure thing" and everyone might eventually "take off" (someday, over the rainbow), I am unsure which one of my players to throw on the wire. Whoever it is, I would like to pick them up in a week anyway.

Our league is standard ESPN, 1point per 10 years rushing/receiving, 1 point per 25 yards passing, 6 points for a rushing/receiving TD, 4 points for a passing TD.

Roster:
QBs: Philip Rivers, Big Ben, Tim Tebow (just got him)
RBs: Arian Foster, Earnest Graham, LeGarrette Blount, Jackie Battle, Willis McGahee
WRs: Hakeem Nicks, Dwayne Bowe, Anquan Boldin, Nate Washington, Plaxico Burress
TE: Vernon Davis
Defense: Lions
Kicker: Mason Crosby

For TE replacement, I'm looking at Fred Davis or Ben Watson, not sure which.
