HELP: Austin/Keller for Greene/Hernandez

Postby curly » Tue Oct 18, 2011 2:24 pm

As my other threads have stated, I am weak at RB and looking for an RB2 option.

I have been asked to trade my Austin and Keller for his Greene and Hernandez. This is the same guy I have tried to deal Calvin Johnson to get Forte or Mendenhall, but he wants to keep those 2 backs. He has settled on taking Austin instead.

My lineup:
QB- Tebow (Bench: Freeman)
RB- Carter, Tomlinson (Bench: Gore, Redman)
WR- Calvin Johnson, Austin (Bench: Holmes)
Flex- Moss
TE- Watson (Bench: Keller)

Is this worth it? It would give me an RB2 and also a good scoring TE. It would let me keep Calvin Johnson.

My head says yes, my heart says no. Is this a good trade?

I would do that trade. And I think you misread mine...I have MJD and was offered Megatron.

Yeah it would help your RB position and Hernandez will put up receiver like numbers at the TE position so you can take the hit at WR and hope the Jets offense gets it going.
